Official Aberdeen Angus Beef
In order to qualify for the prestigious certification scheme all beef sold must be from a pedigree Aberdeen Angus sire.
At present all of the cattle on Edenmill Farm qualify for this scheme.
We hang the beef for 2-4 weeks, to ensure plenty of flavour and tenderness.
