We smoke a wide range of our produce including our beef, locally produced lamb and pork, wild game and venison from the estate.
Our methods of smoking come from traditional methods used throughout the years to help
prolong the life of any meats. Our smoking techniques also give the added benefit of great
flavour too.
We are the only producer of smoked meats in the central belt
