Edenmill Burgers Get Best Local Award
Killearn Hoolie week is now underway ending on Saturday 12th June with the Gala day.
We are delighted to say that Edenmill won the competition to create the "Hoolie burger". This is always a hrad fought competition where local butchers, businesses and independent entrants were invited to come up with a recipe for a unique burger to be selected for the Hoolie.
Edenmill's resident butcher, Geraldine, created a rump, cumin and coriander burger which was chosen by the committee and sponsors at a tasting evening as the clear winner.
Edenmill's rump, cumin and coriander burger will be on sale at the Gala day on Saturday 12th June.
